Originally from South Africa and fluent in multiple languages, since joining Cortavo, Diar has been instrumental in strengthening the company’s service desk and delivery operations. His leadership has driven meaningful operational improvements while fostering a high-performance culture across his teams. He will also partner closely with Engineering, Project Management, and Client Success teams.
